Das Chalet steht an erhöhter Lage. Entsprechend war die Aussicht aufs Dorf und die gegenüber stehenden Berge gut. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und das Chalet vermittelt eine gemütliche Ambiance.

Der Zugang zum Chalet von der Garage aus ist über einen schmalen steilen Weg möglich. Das Gepäck dort hoch und runter zu tragen setzt eine gute Fitness voraus. Alternativ kann das Chalet auch über den nebenstehenden Bauernhof über eine ungeteerte Strasse und zuletzt sogar nur noch durch die Wiese angefahren werden. Hier wäre ein Geländefahrzeug hilfreich vor allem wenn das Gras nass ist. Auch die Fliegen vom Bauernhof besuchen einem mehr oder weniger vielleicht im Gedanken, dass das Essen auf dem Tisch besser ist als im Stall.

Scuol region is beautiful. There are many great hiking tracks and picturesque villages around. In many one can find great food, restaurants or a shops offering local specialties. Ramosch is very nice village with small but very well stocked store. The house itself was very nice, cozy and very inspiring. Provided books and classic CDs helped a lot with an evening relaxation.

Unfortunately the proximity of the animal farm is a clear downside of this object. There was noticeable odor every evening rather than clean alpine air. On one evening it was unbearable. There were many flies in the house and it was only quiet for first couple of days, as in the middle of our stay the cattle was moved on the pasture right by the house and the cattle bells were audible all the night even with the windows closed which disturbed our sleep. Hence we decided to move out one day earlier. I have nothing against animal farms, but I would probably look for some other location if I knew the house is right by the animal farm, which was not part of the description on booking.com.
