Corte Cavour. Una mansarda nel cuore della città

Lovely apartment in a perfect spot within Ravenna. The host was great and met us on arrival and was on hand if anything was needed. Comfortable furniture and the building and apartment had loads of character with massive beams and a great balcony with fantastic rooftop views. Classic Italian vibe just a stones throw from Basilica San Vitale which framed the view from the balcony. Effective air conditioning, comfortable beds and plenty of room.

Location location location. The apartment had a nice terrace, lovely for the breakfast.

A beautiful apartment: comfortable, stylishly decorated, with a terrace offering a view of the Mausoleum of Galla Placidia and the Basilica of San Vitale. The apartment is located in the heart of the historic city center, yet in a quiet and peaceful area, close to the most important historical sites. Parking (€3/day) is located a 4-minute walk from the property, with access avoiding the ZTL zone. There's also a café nearby that's open from early morning. The host was very helpful and kind.

It is a perfect location in the heart of Ravenna. Really nice cosy apartment with an amazing terrace. It was also so kind of the host that let us have a late check-out to be able to have a quick shower after the marathon😄

The cleaning could be just a pinch better.

It was very cute and the balcony was lovely. The location was good and the owner was responsive. The woman who let us in - Grace - went above and beyond.

The beds were uncomfortable and there were ‘dust bunnies’ on the bedroom floor. The rest of the apartment was clean, though.

Host met us to give keys. They also gave short orientation to the apartment and local businesses. Unit was very clean and central to the old town area. About a 15 minute walk from train.

The property was perfectly located in the heart of the old city. Lots of lovely sidewalk cafes to sit with a cappuccino and watch world go by. It is a quick and easy trip to the beach on public transit. The room was comfortable and Grace met with a friendly smile and was helpful, directing us to some of the key sites. Also she was available anytime we had a question. A thoroughly perfect stay.

We loved this property so there really isn’t much to complain about. The only thing is, a toaster would have been nice. No big deal just something we were surprised was not there.
