"Disappointed in the host for being greedy and keeping the deposit when they know the property already had a broken windo"

The property itself self was ok in a location that was good for me.

Unfortunately I should have listened to other reviews I had seen about this property making up things to keep the deposit. They said a window had been cracked when in fact it was like that. Be careful when booking this place!

"We were glad to find this place at the last minutes after another one cancelled us."

The location was good. We found groceries nearby, and it was a convenient walk into downtown Reading.

The dining table did not stay together. We had to keep pushing the parts back together. Also, the upstairs bedroom was pictured with a large bed and one single, but it had three singles. We made it work anyway. A fan for the living room and lower bedroom would have been nice.

Scammers... be careful when renting this host, because there are damaged furniture, and they blame the guests, so they can keep their money deposited in advance for rental... dishonest and bad character

"Don’t not trust these liars with your money"

The property took a deposit and then planted half a smoked cigarette in a shelf inside the property and said we had been smoking in the property I don’t even smoke

Well located, confortable beds. Kitchen well equipped

There was an unpleasant smell in the living room. I do not know from where it comes. I stayed previously in the same Appartment ( Jan-Feb 2024) and there was no such smell.
