La verdad que la casa destrozada y sucia .. encima utilizamos el aire acondicionado 1 noche y me querían cobrar 20 euros más... No lo recomiendo para nada

El apartamento en general estaba limpio, excepto la campana extractora y los fuegos que estaban de grasa hasta arriba. La cama de matrimonio tenía en las dos patas de la parte de la cabeza calzas, una un trapo doblado y otra un cartón doblado, todo necesario para que no se desmontará ya que parecía donde apoya el colchón que es un soporte desmontable de cama, decir que el colchón estaba más o menos bien. El apartamento en general descuidado (cables sueltos, faltaban marcos de puertas, cantos de puertas de armarios levantados, mobiliario descuidado...). De las 4 sillas del salón, 2 de ellas muy antiguas, tenían poca estabilidad, estando sentados cenando se abrieron las patas de la silla cayendo mi marido al suelo (este pesa 60 kg). La condicion de gasto de 5kWh al día me parece algo abusivo, ya que solo la nevera encendida consume casi los 2kWh diarios. Considero que somos una familia que no derrocha energía y gastamos solo lo que necesitamos y nos pasamos en el gasto, encendiendo un día el horno y otro día dos horas de aire acondicionado ( no pusimos ni lavavajillas, lavadora....). Si acondicionarán un poquito el apartamento estaría bien

No me gustó nada sobre todo la limpieza pésima

La cocina estaba súper sucia sobre todo el extractor de la campana, habían telarañas en las paredes, bajo de una de las patas de la cama había un trapo la cama se movía muchísimo era cómoda pero pensaba que iba a caer

The village is beautiful and the apartment is located well for shops, bars etc.

The apartment was unclean. When we first arrived no preparation had been made and it smelt stale and dirty. On the first occasion of preparing food we found we were infested with cockroaches. After reporting immediately. Very little was done to resolve the issue. The amount charged for electricity is ridiculous. It's highly unlikely you will get your deposit back!

Location, price

No electric kettle. Double bed in poor condition, bed linen could be better. Using air conditioning at night for sleeping will cost roughly an extra €10 per night

The apartment saw better times, yet everything is in good condition and is functional. The apartment is located very central and minutes of walk to all amenities. I had the chance to check in early and had no issues to get to an agreement how to deal with my spontaneous leave because friends decided to pick me up at an unpleasant time. Contacts and questions have answered quite quick. Therefore full points for the accommodation and I will book with you again.

Very shabby, multi electric sockets and wires potential fire hazard Furniture very shabby needs replacing wall cupboard above tv doors came off in hand when we were looking for an iron, coffee table rickety top loose, the 4 unmatched table chairs falling apart. On arrival water pooled on floor had to be mopped daily continued to leak throughout our stay. It appeared to be coming in from behind a wall through the skirting board by the kitchen. Contacted the owner who said ‘ we will think and call the master 🙏’ didn’t hear anything after that. The bedding was clean but no effort to match up anything. Lumpy small pillows on the beds. The apartment boasts a balcony which is true however it is a tiny triangle where bucket and mop, dustpan and brush are kept. Cutlery and dishes were available a gas bottle had to be switched on and off to use the gas hob but the portable gas fire didn’t work. It was late at night when we arrived every apartment we’ve rented previously had had at least a bottle of water accessible and usually a few sachet’s of coffee and milk. Nothing there and no shops open. The whole place needs cleaning and refurnished with furniture that’s not falling apart. The most modern items in the place was the washing machine and dishwasher neither of which we used. We were told to switch off the electricity every time we left the apartment (see photo below ) as we were only allocated 4 kw’s of electric a day anything over we would be charged for usage.
