La grandeur de l'appartement, l'emplacement au calme a 15 mn de l'aéroport (pratique quand on arrive ou repart de nuit), la piscine.es trois salles de bain.

Si voisins du dessus bruyants l'isolation phonique pas top. Manque d'équipement dans la cuisine (poêle couverts solides, une prise adaptable pour le micro-ondes). Ménage de la cuisine qui laisse un peu à désirer.
