Location was perfect. Views were breath taking.

It’s advertised as a luxury apartment. The place appeared unfinished & unfurnished….no toilet paper holders; no shelf in showers; one bath lacking a trash can; no bedside lighting; one bedroom didn’t have a real bed it was a foldout making one person crawl over the other person to got to bathroom; no bedside side tables in foldout bedroom; living space lacked adequate seating; beds very hard. Things listed are items that would be considered basic in a rental for the apartment to be considered luxury, amenities such as artwork, area rug, accessaries,etc. would be required.

Host had excellent communication, even sending us videos showing us exactly how to get into the apartment. Parked in a very secure underground garage, somewhat expensive, but made it easy to unload luggage etc. Location is excellent. Apartment was very spacious, large rooms, with amazing views out both sides of the apartment. It's right near the water and very close to many excellent restaurants.

The unit was fabulously located by the ferries and the unit itself was wonderful with one exception, the air conditioning was definitely an issue especially at 27c. But for that, the unit was excellent, clean, and exceptional.
