Please note that all requests for late arrival are upon request and subject to confirmation by the property. For check-ins between 20:00 and 00:00, a surcharge will be applied, to be paid in cash upon arrival, as follows: * EUR 20 from 20.00 to 21.00 * EUR 25 from 21:00 to 22:00, * EUR 30 from 22:00 and 00:00. It is not possible to check-in after midnight. All late check-ins must be agreed and approved by the host. Please be informed that property will not allow any check in after 00:30.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
