I like the property

The guest house was good. But staff behaviour needs to improve.

Location - away from the crowd yet near to the most happening places

Hidden Cost on arrival in the name of 25 percent 'Destination Fees'. Rooms are infested with small black cockroaches. The bed cushions were way too soft..practically made of sponge, hence very uncomfortable. While lots of utensils were provided they should also provide jars for keeping water.

The property included rooms and 2 separate bathrooms, a kitchen area and living room, it was spacious and can accommodate around 6-8 people. The location is just 5 min. Drive away from Calangute beach. The nearby restaurant is very nice (Crazy Crab). They provide room service for cleaning but it arrives around 12 pm. But on request they can clean the place later as well. The pool is clean and you can visit as per the timings.

The property is not completely functional when we arrived we had to check each and every thing to ensure we were not getting in trouble later, the AC remote didn't have batteries and they were not cooling the room enough. Rooms doors were not completely closing as it was damaged. Beds were ok however One of the bed mattresses is not aligned to the bed which is uncomfortable, the RO was not functional at first. Also there were Cockroaches Crawling over everything in the kitchen. We had to clean all the utensils on our own as well. We had to change our apartment to another due to all these reasons however the other apartment has the same issues. Which doesn't have a pool view however we booked a pool view apartment which was on the ground floor.

It's one of the best stays in goa for a group of people. Property is located near Baga beach. Highly recommended ❤️
