The stay was really bad ! Paid approx 3K for this stay which is not worth at all ! I wouldn’t be suggesting this place to people they also take a 1000 rs refundable deposit which i didn’t think is worth for such a place

Dirty atmosphere, wooden furniture was full of termites, bedsheets was dirty too

The property looks nothing like the pictures put up, it’s pathetic, it’s an old apartment with no facilities, the staff are so rude it’s some housekeeping staff running the property and the property is not clean, we had issue with hot water, ac, there’s no parking you have to park on the main road near fat fish restaurant and the owner didn’t provide us with an extra Matress or a pillow when we clearly booked and paid for 5 people and demanded extra money . When we complained about the facility owner stated that you can leave and he wouldn’t give the money back. They also started taking additional deposits on arrival. The owner started demanding advance payment when the booking.com mentioned theres no advance payment as this is the safe card the owner plays cos once you visit the property you wouldn’t wana stay here! The staffs were extremely rude and the owner seems to be very cunning. Don’t believe the pictures put up it’s an old apartment with no facilities.

Swimming pool timing isn't appropriate for the majority of tourists 9am- 6 pm Leaking roof in corridor Parking isn't enough to fulfill all customers. Hardly 12-15 cars can be parked which isn't enough compared to the number of rooms and no. Of apartment. Cable TV not working as mentioned in amenities mentioned.
