Casa 45 - in centro storico vicino al Teatro Verdi e al Crescent

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A perfect stay in Salerno! Casa45 was absolutely fantastic! The apartment was incredibly comfortable and spotless, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Everything was beautifully maintained and thoughtfully arranged. The location is ideal — situated in a great area with everything at hand: shops, restaurants, cafes and easy access to transportation. Whether we wanted to explore Salerno or take day trips along the Amalfi Coast, it was all super convenient. The beach is 5 minutes away, the ferry 10 minutes away. Highly recommend Casa45 to anyone looking for a relaxing and worry-free stay in Salerno. We’d love to come back!

The stairs

The apartment is located within walking distance of the ferry port, and a few blocks from the water front. It's very spacious, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fairly large kitchen and lounge/dining room. There's also a washing machine in a small laundry room which was a godsend after two weeks traveling. I made dinner for friends from home who happened to be in Salerno at the same time and found all required to make and serve a home made meal for the first time in ages.

I was traveling with may 82-year-old mom who twisted her ankle, and there are quite a lot of stairs to get to the third floor where the apartment is located. She ended up a bit stuck in the apartment while I found the location ideal since I enjoy walking. I've found it quite common for private apartments offered by booking.com to be located in old buildings up a couple of flights of stairs, which usually doesn't bother me, but possibly this should be made clearer for travelers such as my mom who aren't able to manage stairs easily.

Shower rose in one shower was split and spraying everywhere and the other shower was so small you could barely move and had drainage issues

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The bed was extremely comfortable, and the pillows were just perfect for a great night's sleep. The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare my meals, and I was impressed with how bright and beautifully located the apartment was in the old center of Salerno, just a stone's throw away from the beach.

The only small issue I had was that the showerhead was a bit low for my height, but it wasn't a major inconvenience. Overall, the apartment had everything I needed to make my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay in Salerno.
