Sanremo Class New

Nicely updated apartment. Location is great for a walk into town and price was on point. Beds were comfortable. Good communication with owner.

Apartment is smaller than anticipated. Parking while free, is in a very tight parking garage so unless you have a small car, it’s a challenge getting into and out.

A wonderful apartment in the center of SanRemo with parking inclusive - highly recommended.

There is a washing machine and a dishwasher.

We stayed as a family of four and we had to sleep in one room right next to each other! No beds, just couch! So you cannot sit in the room. There were 3 chairs even though they gave the room to a family of four. The pans in the kitchen were awfully old and dangerous to use due to scratches! Two of the bedlinens were torn. The owners do not speak english so we had hard time.

Owners very friendly, location is good, garage slot is included. Bathroom and kitchen well equipped and rather new.

all bed sheets are very old and should be replaced immediately, sofas in bedroom need good cleaning. Big construction adjacent to the building is not the view you would expect in SanRemo

Liked the location although it overlooked a building site.Sofabed was very comfortable & it was very quiet at night.

Smelt of smoke- although room was well ventilated . Rather small - expected separate bedroom.
