Stylish and very unique apartment, clean and with an amazing terrace and private parking place. The air conditioner works perfectly well and brings you comfort during hot summer days. The apartment is for physically well-prepared people. Lots of stairs. Communication with the Host was perfect.

No dish washer.

Can't think of anything that rubbed us tge wrong way

Hosts were very accommodating and went the extra mile to collect from us the train station and sorted out a few very minor issues promptly. The appartment was well presented with everything one would expect...we liked the location up in the old town just a few minutes walk from the town centre ...though its a steep walk up and down..but don't let that deter you...

The location is not for everyone ..its a steep walk up and down to the high streets which is not easily adaptable to mobility issues in our modern age..though I point out that these were and still are family homes in this district so plenty of older citizens still walk up and down the old town hills daily which clearly keeps them healthy !!! Main grip is with the council that charges a visitor tax but there is more dog poo about than I can ever remember seeing in not only a developed country but a city that clearly does very well out of tourist money...so the people responsible for street cleaning need to spend some of the tourist levy paid per night on cleaning.. and ..or ..enforcing regulations to get the dog poo off the streets...not too much to ask...the city clearly makes significant money from the tourist tax....but none of the above points is anything to do with the lovely property or hosts and don't let a few steep steps up and down the hill pit you off....

The roof terrace was great with nice views. Main bedroom was pretty. Lovely down hill walk through quaint passageways to the main hive of activity and waterfront only taking about 10 minutes.

27 steps up from the front door to the first room (kitchen / diner / sofa bed), then 19 steps up from that room to the main bedroom, then 10 steps up to the roof terrace which although we consider ourselves quite fit was a struggle. The toilet had a glass door, this was impersonal.

I enjoyed my stay in this apartment so much that I returned for another week at the end of my trip to Italy. The living space is cozy and the kitchen had everything needed to cook meals. It was so nice to have a Nespresso machine for an easy morning coffee (and appreciated that there were some capsules provided.) The bed was very comfortable and the apartment is very quiet for sleeping. As other have said, the terrace is amazing and was even nice to enjoy during sunny February days. The owner is very friendly and was quick to respond to the couple of questions I had during my stay. Finally, the location of the apartment is excellent and a quick and beautiful walk into the main part of town. I highly recommend this apartment and look forward to another visit in the future.

The space is ideal for a family with kids. The property description and photos describe the space in details. Well-equipped and clean property. The terrace is a bonus with an amazing views of Sanremo. Close to the city centre, beach, supermarkets and all amenities. We love the experience to live some days in La Pigna. Strongly recommended.

Wonderful property full of character as was the surrounding area, the terrace was a real bonus. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. really enjoyed our stay would book again.
