Excellent location

If travelling with three or four persons: the mattress of the extra bed is unsuitable (if persons are older than 10-12a). I slept in the car.

The apartment was clean and nice and the balcony was just great! A very nice seaview from the balcony.

There were no grocery store or any bakery nearby. You should have a rental car. There is a bus stop nearby though.

The penthouse apartment is located just steps from the free beach in Sanremo. Just walk across the street, down the steps to the lower level, another set of steps down, and you are at the beach walk. Turn left, walk 0.3 mile to the spiaggia libre. Quiet apartment, with large terrace, well equipped. Air conditioning in all rooms. Highly recommend. Driving there: Google map will direct you to go left and up after you turn from the main street. Ignore that. Instead go straight or slightly right up. You will see a parking gate arm. Park in front of it on the right.

The owner was extremely helpful, caring and involved in our stay in the best way possible. Thanks to his commitment it was much easier for us to enjoy our stay in beautiful San Remo. The apartment itself is really comfy and has a gorgeous view.

"Beautiful oasis!"

Beautiful apartment with plenty of space, huge balcony, view of the sea and great air conditioning! Everything you need and could want. Very relaxing and great nights sleep. This apartment was the best part about Sanremo, which I would otherwise advise people to avoid and head elsewhere as it is very difficult to manage by car. The property manager was very friendly and helpful. Excellent communication.

We were provided with great recommendations for activities and restaurants but only received this information after we checked in. It would be nice to receive it earlier so we could plan our trip. Likewise, the beach clubs were completely full and needed to be reserved in advance. This information could have been helpful to a non local who might not think to reserve.
