The unbeatable view!! This is located fronting sapporos lovely park and it is situated in top most floor of the building. 33rd floor! This has to be the best view in sapporo property. It is also walkable to the busy area of susukino and has access to great food resto. The unit also makes you feel like your home away form home. It has everything, from jakuzi, Kitchen, washing machine etc. Will definitely book this in the future.

The room was clean, great location and view and host was very responsive

We did not get the room we booked as it had been overbooked. Uncomfortable beds (we also had to ask host to set up another bed for our child as not done prior to arrival) and a few items that require fixing/ attention.

Close to subway, many convenience stores and several excellent supermarkets. Adjacent to a large park with a fabulous Japanese garden. It is a 20 minute walk from the main CBB and 8 minutes from the restaurant area of Susukino. There is a bus stop for the direct bus to New Chitose Airport 50m around the corner.

Spa bathtub in the bathroom as it took up too much space.

Close proximity to eateries, malls and convenience shops. There was washing machine for use including detergent.

Apartment was a little cramp for family of 5.

The bath tub was not working and water was leaking into the floor when I tried to drain the water out of bath tubs. Hardware of water in the bath was broken and it was difficult to turn water knob on.

Good location close to subway. The apartment had everything that we needed and was a good size for 3 people. Very easy to communicate with Owner.

Google took us to the wrong tower but it’s just around the corner so not a big issue.

It was good that kitchen facilities were provided.

I tried to check in at 3 PM after paying for the room but was refused. Upon entering at 4 PM, the room hadn't been cleaned at all. Even after the cleaner arrived at 4:30 PM, I had to wait outside until 7 PM, and despite the cleaning, there was still a strong odor in the bathroom.

Room was spciuos view, size and all facilities was perfect , I love this room so much , Host very helpful and quick responed. high recomended (we stay at room 3305)

I found some dirt mark on the floor (may cause from last guest drink) but not a big problem from us , we just clean it.

The shower room is hopeless. Absolutely too small and shower curtain was sticking to my back while showering. Water spilled out all over the bathroom.
