A casa estava mal limpa, o edredom estava sujo sem exageiro, a janela do quarto tinha cortina mas as 6 da manha ja nao podia dormir mais devido a claridade do sol por conta da cortina nao ser black-out. Foi complicado de verdade pra dormir assim, faltou micro-ondas também senti falta. Tudo isso nao foi barato ja que cobram a taxa da limpeza e nao limpam o apartamento como deve ser ! Limpo! Colchão da cama e sofa cama com cabelos nos forros. Eu sou muito limpo então fiquei super desconfortável em dormir com os lençóis vendo que nao estavam totalmente limpo. Enfim eu nao recomendo

El emplazamiento céntrico.

Muy ruidoso, delante de una terraza con música. Ventanas del apartamento sin insonorizar y no se podía dormir en la habitación, de hecho, tenían un bote de tapones, luego saben cuál es el problema y no lo advierten. La opción para dormir es el salón con un sofá cama incómodo, hemos tenido que dormir muy mal tres personas. Apartamento con falta de mantenimiento, las fotos son muy anteriores al estado actual del alojamiento: el aire acondicionado hay que accionarlo manualmente en el techo, no va el mando; frigorífico sustituido, ridículamente pequeño; fuegos que tienen roto el autoencendido, suelos estropeados, sobre todo el del baño, malos olores de cañerías... Otra cosa que no me gusta nada, es que no se persona nadie, todo por WhatsApp, no sé si hablé con una persona o con un bot. Nos mandaron una retahíla de normas. No me extraña que no sepan el feedback de los inquilinos, les dará lo mismo.

La ubicación

El aire acondicionado no salía nada de aire, se encendía pero hacía muchísimo calor. Zona de bares hasta la 1 .de la mañana no hay silencio. Solo había 2 toallas y éramos 3 personas

the apartment is in a very good location. all comments are about the noises from the outside but it wasn’t disturbing us, we haven’t heard too much, maybe we were too tired to hear anything 😄anyway we choose this apartment because we wished to stay in a crowded area as it was only for one night.

the photos are too good from reality 😩😌, maybe it looks designed but actually the apartment is too old especially the bathroom🙃. there was a biiiig hole on the ceiling in the kitchen it makes me feel uncomfortable. there were tooooo many instructions about how to move in the apartment and i was with kids every minute i was like don’t touch this don’t touch that😖. in the morning we were stuck in the apartment because of the door locker. we couldn’t understand why one need to put there such a locker, because we couldn’t lock the door inside, and there was a balcony connected with the hall of the building, we decided to lock the door from the outside and then come inside from the balcony but in the morning the balcony’s door was closed by someone and we didn’t managed to open the door from outside and we were without phone charge so even there were mo way to write to owner about our condition. Fortunately outside under our windows there was a girl working in a cafe we asked here she helped with a pleasure and told that last week it was same with other guests. CHANGE THE LOCKERs😄😄😄

Very loud music in the street, poor soundproofing window, worn-out and dirty bathroom, uncomfortable bed.

Nice, comfy location.

The bars outside play music until 3am and you hear everything from the bedroom. Seems it is the only open bars in sassari

Nice designer furniture. Plenty of storage space, an iron, and a washing machine. If you’re looking for accommodation in the heart of the action just for an overnight stay, it’s ideal.

We chose the apartment and not a hotel room so we could cook there, but that was nearly impossible. The kitchen space was very small, old, and the equipment was terrible—broken and dirty. There wasn’t even any shower gel in the bathroom. The noise from the street was really loud, as there’s a bar garden directly below the apartment. Next door is a dentist’s office, so people walk past the living room by the balcony doors, which don’t even have curtains.
