Absolutely superb apartment -- graceful, spacious, historically authentic but with every modern convenience. The location is unbeatable, on a quiet side street but close to the historic center. Highly recommended.

Huge rooms. Lovely high ceilings and a great location

The apartment was exactly as in the photos and description on the website. Fantastic location in the old town of Spoleto. Federica is an excellent host, met us on arrival and spent time showing us around the apartment and making sure that we were happy with everything. She left us recommendations for restaurants and we tried 4-all were super, especially the bakery up the street! The apartment is very spacious and cool on hot days. Our group of 5 adults were delighted with our stay- highly recommend. Thank you Federica.

Everything met expectations

Federica was a wonderful host - despite our delay until late into the evening in arriving, she was still happy to meet us in person. Her apartment is elegant and spacious, and showcases its impressive history with many period features. We loved staying there and would do so again in an instant!

Location perfect, Federica our host gave us a very warm welcome, and was available if we needed to ask any questions. She also accompanied us to the parking station to make sure our car was secure.

The place is exactly as described. It is beautiful. Centrally located. Loved our stay and would highly recommend. Spoleto a beautiful vibrant town. Was a good experience.
