Bedouin Chic Rooftop - Space Maison Apartments

Location was great, comfortable accommodations, close to all sights, great restaurants nearby, great to have a washing machine and rooftop deck worked well to dry everything although it was too hot to sit out there. Booked the parking space in the building which worked great although the space is tight so best to have a small car. Great communication with the folks from Space Maison right from the time of booking.

Apartment was in a great location. Space Rentals, the management a company was wonderfully responsive with requests eg for towels and they. Are highly recommended as well

This apartment is in the heart of Seville, and we loved being able to walk to all the attractions. However, we were disappointed that the one-bedroom unit felt much smaller than the advertised 861 ft²—perhaps the rooftop terrace was included in the square footage. Additionally, the sofa bed in the living room was outdated and looked very sad.

The location of the hotel was very good. We were offered a free taxi from the airport through booking and we arrived easily. We picked up the key from a nearby place and had no problems. The house was very nice and they offered us a complimentary local wine. There was a master bedroom and the living area and kitchen were useful. On the first evening we wanted to enjoy some time on the terrace, but the repairmen from the apartment next door for the air conditioning entered our terrace and we couldn't understand them for a long time because they didn't speak English and we had to call the owners. Obviously this made us nervous because the repairmen wanted to enter the house. On the second day another attendant knocked on our door and wanted to check our keys, we didn't understand what was going on because we didn't speak Spanish. These were a bit unsettling situations, maybe the problem can be overcome by informing that the apartment is a bookin apartment in matters related to the building. We traveled here in late January-early February. For this reason, having a washing machine without a dryer was not very useful for us, and it is useful to be prepared because it is cold at night. We were given a lot of information since we rented the room and we had no problems in communication. We recommend it to those who are thinking of staying.

Convenient location, close to everything. Bed is comfortable. Room is clean. Mini kitchen has all essential utensils if you want to cook or heat a light meal. Management is available on WhatsApp and communication is fine

Bathroom has no place to put my own toileterary. Hair dryer performace was super bad

The location was absolutely perfect. The apartment was very spacious and provided everything necessary. The process of arriving and collecting keys went like clockwork - excellent service. Also early access was provided which was much appreciated. Very helpful host.

Personal preference - mattress too soft. Areas of dust - headboard and inside container in bathroom holding toilet rolls and hairdryer. Couple of plates badly chipped and little chip marks on two of the mugs. Nothing major but someone could possibly scratch themselves.

Space inside but did not have a comfortable sitting area. The main settee under the stairs? Poor position

Rooftop terrace dirty and smelly. Hard to open locked area where keys to apartment where stored. On one occasion door would not open and we were outside 15 mins, and on the last day did not answer my messages.

Great location, close to main attractions and lots of restaurants and bars. Apartment was lovely, clean and well equipped, nice to have plenty of storage for clothes.
