La ubicación

La verdad es sorprendente que soliciten una fianza de 200 euros, para un sitio que es normal, no tiene elementos tecnológicos que de pronto tengan que respaldar con un depósito tan alto. Fue bastante incómodo el tema del retrete dañado, nos tomo mucho tiempo esperar que funcione. Además me parece injusto que uno tenga que sacar la basura y dejar limpia la loza al final, uno si puede dejar organizado, pero que toque lavar y sacar la basura? Primera vez que me pasa.

La ubicación es buena

El apartamento es pequeño para 3 personas. No estaba muy limpio. Las sábanas estaban sucias y el sofá estaba roto y costó abrirlo. El rellano y escaleras también estaban bastante sucios. La entrada al apartamento fue muy tarde (15h) y pidieron una fianza de mayor importe que lo que pagué por una noche.
