La ubicación muy céntrica pero una calle muy ruidosa. El estudio está bien aprovechado y es cómodo, la decoración es cálida. El baño cómodo.

La escalera de acceso es súper inclinada y muy incómoda para subir maletas; las ventanas no aislan del ruido de la callle.
