El precio, para lo que hay en Sevilla, pues es bastante asequible.

El piso está súper antiguo, las paredes llenas de manchas. Se nota que se intenta mantener limpio en cuanto a suelos etc, pero el piso está bastante descuidado. El edificio muy antiguo. En Triana, pero a casi 10 minutos andando del puente de Triana , a otros tantos del casco histórico de Sevilla.

Tres fonctionnel, calme la nuit, bien situé (quartier triana) et pas tres du loin du centre et des différents monuments et parcs à visiter.

Il sont entrain de refaire l ascenceur mais pas très genant. Nous étions prevenu et juste un petit bruit le matin.

Die Wohnung ist nicht ganz neu aber sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtet mit kleinem, sonnigen Balkon im 3.Stock. Das Beste ist die perfekte Lage in Triana. Das Zentrum von Sevilla ist zu Fuß in 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir haben direkt vor dem Haus einen Parkplatz gefunden.

Zur Zeit wird in dem Haus ein Aufzug eingebaut. Der Lärm war aber eher mäßig. Die Top Lage wiegt das auf!
