Really nice flat with a balcony

Our host was totally unresponsive re all communications, NO one met us at the property and we waited around for more than 90 minutes. At no point since making our booking did the host respond. We made contact about suitable parking close to the premises, informed them of our arrival time, let them know that our credit card was stolen in Barcelona and that we would be paying with a different card - zero response! (all our other hosts responded promptly to the same communications). We phoned the host 3 times while waiting outside the building, each time reaching a marketing company's voicemail. We eventually alerted booking.com assuming that we were scammed. We found alternative accom at a higher price and are still trying to resolve this with booking.com and get a refund. This incident occurred on 23 May, one month ago.

Good location, very close to Mercado de Triana (10 minutes walk). The apartment was clean and the beds comfortable. Even though we had check-in at 1 pm, the host did everything possible to leave our luggage in the apartment sooner (at 11 am) and thus start our visit to Seville. We managed to find free parking in the area.

Everything was fine!

Very friendly, lively but calm neighbourhood, close to the famous Triana Market.

I liked the facilities and cleanliness of the apartment. Kitchen, rooms, and bathroom are well equipped and access to the transportation is super easy.

The apartment is really cute, well equipped and especially well located!
