L'aria condizionata in un bagno non era funzionante.

Apto maravilhoso a uma curta caminhada da Catedral de Sevilha. Bem silencioso à noite, cozinha bem equipada. Anfitrião deixou sabão para a lava louças e também para a lava roupa. Ar condicionado digital em todos os ambientes, muito fácil de programar. Dois banheiros bons.

Tudo ótimo! Não há nenhuma ressalva a fazer sobre esse apartamento.

Great location. I had read that this spot is very loud on a Friday and Saturday night but fine the rest of the week. We were here Tuesday--Thursday nights and it was very quiet at night. Great to have laundry, clean apartment, hot showers, and be steps away from everything. Host easy to communicate with and very responsive.

Towels from previous guests left on towel hooks in one of the bedrooms.

We loved everything and everything was going perfectly, until...

...until we found an enormous cockroach in the bathroom. :(

REVIEW FOR FAMILIES: - very central location (5-10 mins walk to many of the main sights and plenty of restaurants around) - very responsive hosts via WhatsApp - good sized bedrooms and living area - two bathrooms (although no bath)

- most of the apartment felt clean but our daughter who is crawling had black feet and hands after a short while crawling around so the floors need a proper deep clean - the phone system to unlock the front door didn’t work on 2 out of 3 of the adults phones and stopped working on the third during our stay. There is a traditional key to use but opening the door with it was a bit difficult. - the cot had just the very thin (effectively wooden) ‘mattress’ that comes with it but nothing additional so our daughter did not sleep well in there and ended up in the bed - the highchair is just one that goes on top of a normal chair but the straps to attach it to the chair are gone so if she moved a lot whilst in it she would have toppled/slid off - there were some basic things missing from the kitchen e.g. a peeler, no oven just a small hob, only two dishwasher tablets for a week long stay, no surface cleaner to wipe the worktops down etc. - THE WORST THING WAS THE NOISE AT NIGHT - although the entrance to the apartment is on a side street the front bedroom is on the main road and the noise from the bars was very bad. On the last night of our stay it was a big football game and you could hear the noise (VERY loud music and shouting) in all the bedrooms. The bars are allowed to stay open throughout the night - the ones by this apartment stay open until 3AM.
