Nothing to not like

Quiet road and location, everything was perfect.

Nothing, everything was just fine.

The attic apartment was nicely decorated with delux windows and home furnishing. It had some lovely finishing touches such as tea, coffee, sugar, and milk. In the bathroom, there were complimentary shower gels and shampoo. There is plenty of parking outside on the side road.

The ceilings are slanted, so my husband bumped his head on more than one occasion. I could not work the combi oven/microwave even though there were instructions. The television did not work apart from bbc iplayer. I telephoned the company 7 times, and every time, they said they would sort it out, and nothing happened.. so bbc iplayer it was. It would be nice if you could put some information on local places to eat, visit and how to get around. Like buses and the lovely train ride into St.ives.

Clean and spacious. Easy access. Well equipped. Tea, coffee and milk left for a welcome cuppa after a long journey! Local information and clear instructions for the property.

As it is an attic conversion there were no views (other than sky!) from the roof lights.

the property itself was very nice modern and clean. the location is absolutely fabulous close to st Ives and walking distance from the beach

I liked everything

We absolutely loved our stay. The apartment is more spacious and nicer in real life than in the photos. Everything is good quality. We also appreciated how warm and cosy it was. It's a great location just 8 walk minutes to beautiful Carbis Bay and similar to the station. It was great value for money. We didn't want to leave.

The only thing that could be improved is signage - the Hideaway apartment has no name or number outside so we weren't sure if we were trying to get into the cleaner's cupboard! We would have loved a dishwasher and a washing machine, but there's no space and not a problem for a week.

We went over Xmas & Nye, the hosts put out a couple of Xmas decs and a package of cookies etc was a wonderful touch and felt very welcoming! Great location, lots of facilities and games to play, kitchen has everything we needed. Close to the train station (st.ives was a £4return 4min journey) and the beach (8 min walk there, a little longer back up that hill)

Not great for those who don’t like a brisk pace up and down steep hills, luckily we didn’t mind this. You lose a lot of space due to slanted ceilings, it’s its a second floor apartment, if you’re tall be prepared!
