The property is in a fantastic location. Lots of bars/restaurants, food hall and supermarket. The apartment looks like the pictures. It is very spacious and well laid out. It was clean and everything you can possibly need is in the apartment. It has a washer and drying rack. Elena is a great host and very accessible prior and during the visit.

From booking our stay, until when we returned home, the communication with Elena was first class. Nothing was too much bother for her. The apartment is superb, very modern, spotlessly clean, well equipped and comfortable. Couldn’t recommend this place highly enough. We will be back!

Superb location, a 5 minute walk to the left takes you into the shopping area, full of bars and restaurants, a 5 minute walk to the right takes you to the riverside walks and bars, bus and river tour pick ups, the location is prime but very quiet

The Apartment was excellent. It was very roomy, modern and clean. One of the best apartments we have stayed. I would definitely stay here if I ever come back to Cevilla. The host was amazing. Thank you for everything you did for us.

Did not meet staff...but they replied to queries and issues ( which we had none) very promptly. As we arrived earlier 3 hrs before check in they allowed us access to appartment as previous guests left early which was fantastic. Location ideal everything in walking distance. Facilities and additional extras in appartment made it feel like home.

The apartment was beautiful and in a perfect location. Close to the cathedral/real Alcázar and just a few steps away from the river. Elena was a very thoughtful host and provided so much helpful information about Seville. We parked at the Colón parking lot and that worked well for us! It's just a few minutes away by foot.

Spacious, nice decor and clean. Good location, close to the river and to the city center. Responsive owner via Whats up. Grocery store next door.

There was only one thing that was annoying, a fridge that opens towards the wall and not towards the kitchen. This seems to be an easy fix by switching the fridge higes to the opposite side…
