"Lo unico bueno la ubicacion."

Muy buena ubicacion

Todo el apartamento huele a humedad que tira para atrás. El baño es incomodo porque el techo baja y para mirarte al espejo tienes que agacharte. La cama es pequeña para 2 personas y el sofa un poco incomodo. Las fotos son mucho mejores de lo que es en realidad.

buon rapporto qualità/prezzo, ottima la posizione (5 minuti a piedi dal casco antiguo), struttura silenziosa e di facile accesso, cucina ben fornita e spaziosa, appartamento climatizzato, comodo patio interno ad uso esclusivo

Zentrale Lage um Sevilla zu erkunden. Das Personal war zwar nur per Telefon und WhatsApp erreichbar, war aber sehr Hilfsbereit und hat über spezielle Anlässe (bei uns Fronleichnam) informiert. In einer speziellen Situation haben sie uns schnell und unkompliziert geholfen.

Man merkt dass die Wohnung etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Die Benützung des kleinen Innenhofs machte uns gar nicht an. Am Tag mussten Luftentfeuchter laufen gelassen werden. Die Zufahrt zur Parkgarage ist sehr eng. Mit einem grösseren Fahrzeug ist es wohl nicht möglich rein zu fahren. Schade steht auf booking.com dass man vor Ort in Empfang genommen wird. Man bekam die Anweisungen bez. Zugang zum Zimmer und Garage als Nachricht.

L'emplacement est vraiment top à quelques minutes des endroits à voir comme la cathédrale Giralda l'alcazar..., Ainsi que des rues animées et des maisons typiques tout au tour. L'équipement de l'appartement est très bien avec le petit plus d'un extérieur privé. L'accueil aussi est parfait. Il est équipé de clim dans le séjour et la chambre.

The location was great to explore the city by foot! The apartment was well equipped and a nice breakfast/snack box was left for us, which was a very happy surprise. Overall, it was a good choice for our stay.

The apartment was a little bit worn out in comparison to the pictures (missing mirror in the bathroom, humidity problems).
