Excelente alojamiento en un punto céntrico. dejamos el auto en el parking y recorrimos todo caminando. El apartamento tranquilo con todo lo necesario para tener una excelente estadía.

Comunicación perfecta, ubicación perfecta, tal como las fotos, es cómodo, para el parqueo se debe tener un poquito de cuidado, pero sin problemas, caminamos hasta tarde de regreso sin problemas, se siente muy seguro la ubicación.

Un plus, considerando el tipo de apartamento, que tenga lavadora multiuso sería muy funcional.

The apartment is in a very good location. For example: you can reach the cathedral in 10 minutes at a leisurely pace, walking along small and quiet streets in the historic center. We traveled by rental car. It was a huge SUV (we needed a big car because we are a family with two children and we had a lot of luggage, for which we needed a big trunk). I am writing about this in detail because entering and exiting the parking lot can be quite extreme and almost impossible for an inexperienced driver if he has a large car. Keep that in mind. From the parking lot to get into the building, there is an intermediate door, through which you go out in front of an elevator that takes you up to the apartment, which is on the top floor. The elevator is a bonus, but we had a big and unpleasant problem with it. On our second descent with it to the underground garage, the moment we got out, it turned out that the iron door to the garage was locked and we could not open it in any way. At the same time, the elevator got blocked and could not be used for the next two days. So we were locked in a basement for about 30 minutes between a non-working elevator and a locked door. Finally, after we had to call for help, a resident of the building opened the door for us from the other side. It was really a pretty nasty experience. In general, our problems were with all the exits and entrances of the building. There are some specifics that, if you don't live here permanently or if they are not explained to you in advance, you can get quite hung up waiting for someone to open it for you. Regarding the apartment, everything was according to expectations and there were no unpleasant surprises. The windows of the apartment overlook an inner courtyard and it was very quiet and peaceful.

La ubicación, muy cerca de todas las atracciones turísticas y la limpieza

la reserva la hicimos porque tenía parking, la puerta del mismo estaba rota y quedaba abierta día y noche. La tapa de la taza de wc estaba rota. La ducha perdía algo de agua. No era posible cerrar la puerta con llave, solo con el resbalón, las zonas comunitarias, sobre todo el garaje que no se encontraban en buenas condiciones, había enseres de otros vecinos en las zonas comunes.

Great place - location is perfect, very close to the Catedral but quiet. Thanks to parking the car was safe. The owner gave very detailed instructions and was always on touch. The apartament is very clear and has everything we needed.

Clean, bright, spacious and walking distance to all the historic landmarks! Kitchen was well equipped to cook meals! The bed and pillows are memory foam and super comfortable I had the best sleep! I would 100% book this apartment again if visiting Seville. Thank you for an amazing stay.

No fire extinguisher only because in Canada it’s required for all rental units to provide either under the kitchen sink or mounted to a wall

Great location, a bit tricky to navigate finding location at first , very clean and well maintained unit. Nice to park car and not worry about it
