The insulation of the apartment windows are not in condition to rent. The windows don't close and the light comes in and you can't rest well. The locks are all broken. The bed mattress is in very poor condition. It is V-shaped and very small. Small bed sheets that don't fit the bed. In the kitchen they did not have the basic things for an apartment such as a dishwasher, napkins, a towel to dry hands, sharp knives, glasses and cups. There are 2 glasses for a 4 day stay. The coat rack was broken from the first day. The bathroom sink is about to fall and it is very dangerous for a kid or even us. The door plate is broken inside There was no sugar, oil and those kinds of things that a person basically needs. The living room table is broken and moves a lot. All this and other small details within the apartment made our stay less pleasant than we expected. Is important to say that all these problems were reported to the owner and he hasn't acknowledged anything even though is visible the condition of the flat and written in previous reviews. POOR EXPERIENCE :(

The location absolutely couldnt have been any better. It was easy to get to walking, then the bus to the station was just round the corner. We walked 10 mins from the bus from the airport. We could walk the whole city centre so so conveniently. It was perfect for a quick visit(we only stayed one night) as we didnt have to waste time taking transportation. There are places to eat nearby, for breakfast and other meals.

It has to be said its on a third floor, there is a lift but you still have to go up around 10 steps to enter the lift.

location is next to everything, walkable to the center city, and to the main attractions in the heart of Seville.

parking isn’t the best, but the city itself isn’t suitable to drive. wouldn’t recommend to use a car If you’re staying in the city.

Great location, near to the city center. The apartment is spacious, clean and light. Many bars, restaurants and parks around. The host is friendly and helpful 🙂

Everything was fine.

Great apartment very close to the city centre. Nice quiet space and well equipped. Aircon and wifi worked great. Would stay again
