Nice location within walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. There was plenty of space for our family of 5.

The beds weren’t the comfiest but overall it was a great place!

The location is great, immediately in the city center. It is very easily accessible. Immediately to the apartment is having super market. The apartment is clean and spacious, it is having two bathrooms which is very convenient when more people stay. I strongly recommended it.

The host was clear regarding the instructions on which parking area was nearby, getting inside the compound and finding the right apartment and the key box. The place is central - the Cathedral and The Alcazar are within walking distance.

There are so much to like about the place that minor things don't matter!

this was by far one of the best bookings we've ever stayed in. the location was absolutely fantastic, we travelled with 3 little kids and they all slept wonderful- rolling shutters on the windows meant darkness, super quiet and a supermarket right under the house. All of that with a 1 minute walk into one of the busiest parts of old town. We absolutely loved it and would definitely stay again. Well equipped kitchen too. just super.

The only difficulty we had was with the check in- the booking app wasn't working on our new phone so we didn't receive the message with the key code on the app. This message wasn't delivered via email either, there was another pin on the confirmation email from booking which wasn't working on the key lock. When we managed to get hold of them via phone they opened up the front door to the courtyard but still didnt give us the right key lock pin for the door. after that they just never answered the phone again, this was very frustrating, it took us 20 minutes to reconfigure our phone to download the booking app to access the booking upon which we saw the message with a another key lock box pin. If our phone would have run out of battery in the process though I don't know what we would have done.

Nothing!!!

We had to wait 50 minutes, at midnight in a dark street, to get the key because someone forgot to put them in the lockbox. Our health has also been severely affected by the mold and overall damp conditions in the apartment. We Endured unpleasant sewer smells in the bedroom coming from the bathroom added to our discomfort with everything else. Regrettably, attempts to amicably resolve the issues were unsuccessful. AVOID THIS PLACE!!
