Super appartement bien équipé, superbe vue depuis la terrasse, personnel très accueillant, on se sent presque comme à la maison.

The family was very flexible with my rather late arrival and very responsive. Letizia welcomed me, showed me around the amazing flat, and gave me invaluable Perugia tips (for food, gelato, drinks, sightseeing, you name it). The flat is huge and as we were 2 friends, in Perugia for a conference, nearly too big. The beds are comfortable and the flat has everything you might need (washing machine, hair dryer, all the kitchen equipment, coffee/tea, etc.). The furniture is either antique or old-fashioned in a charming way and the small balcony is amazing on a sunny day for a break with a glass of wine. Thinking about coming back for a proper holiday!

The location was great!! It was hard to find, but most things in this city are hard to find as it's a huge maze. The host met us outside at the closest parking lot and she helped us with our bags up the steep hill to the door. Then she went with us to the closest parking lot to park our rental car. She was super helpful and spoke excellent English. We really enjoyed how welcome she made us feel. The apartment was HUGE. Had a washer that we were able to wash our clothes with and then there was a rack to hang them out to dry (this is normal in Italy). There was no AC in this apartment, but there was a couple fans that we used - one for our clothes to dry and one for us at night. It was surprisingly comfortable with the fan blowing on us at night!! There is also a wonderful balcony to sit on in the cooler evenings and we got to watch a great lightning show sitting on the balcony and drinking our Italian wine. This apartment is close to so much - we only walked about 10 minutes away to see so much while we were there. There's also an AMAZING restaurant just down the hill at the corner - about 75 feet away - that makes homemade pasta and can't be missed. The bed was also super comfortable! This is not a fancy apartment, but it has everything you could dream of and it comes with beautiful antiques that will blow your mind!! We'd stay here again!!!

I would have liked it to have an elevator. lol. It was up four or five stories, which ended up not being as bad as I initially thought when I first looked up that stairwell. We didn't mind them so much. Having AC in the room would have been a huge plus, but the room was a good value, so we appreciated the savings. We prefer to spend our money on eating in wonderful restaurants rather than fancy places to just sleep in.

Fantastic location in the old town on top of a mountain. If you visit, do use the fabulous Mini Metro rather than walk up the mountain like we did, rising some 200 metres in altitude from the train station! The house has lots of wonderful character

This is an ancient 3 bedroom family home, still fully furnished and decorated in 1950s style. I found it rather oppressive.

Wonderful apartment in the center of old town Perugia. Numa and family were very friendly and helpful. We had an excellent stay.

The staff was friendly, location was good, we liked the space ( we had been traveling a while), being able to wash clothes was heaven.

The stairs were a challenge for us.
