Beautiful location and comfortable, clean apartments with everything you need provided. My family had rented 3 apartments in the building, and the stairs were narrow - but this is something we expect when we rent in a historical city center. For those with lower mobility, the ground-floor apartment had no stairs, which was great for my grandmother. The host was warm, welcoming, super responsive, and the location couldn't have been better either - close-by shops, restaurants, sightseeing locations... Top value for money!

La zona centrale e la pulizia.

La tavoletta del bagno era difettosa e non c’era uno spazio per poggiare i saponi nel box doccia. Avrei tanto gradito trovare del caffè e magari una bottiglietta d’acqua.

De douche was echt heel smerig en het was erg gehorig. De trap is ook heel erg smal

The accommodation is located in a beautiful part of Palermo, very close to the cathedral, in a small charming street. The apartment itself was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The bed is comfortable and it is very pleasant to sleep in it. The bathroom is spacious, although the bathroom door is quite narrow, so it may not be very comfortable for a larger person. Also, the stairs leading to the accommodation are quite narrow. It was not a problem for us since we only had carry-on luggage and we are generally petite women, but for larger people or those with big suitcases it could feel a bit claustrophobic. The room is located away from the street, so there is no noise coming from outside. The hosts were very accommodating and allowed us to enter the apartment earlier, so compliments for the communication as well.

The only small suggestion for the hosts would be to provide some kind of plastic holder or shelf for shampoos inside the shower cabin

The location is perfect. Close enough to all the attractions but also close to some local markets and restaurants.

According to the information provided, we expected a kettle and coffee machine, but there was none. When I enquired about it, I was told that it's not available and they're not able to provide any. There was only one whine glass and three small glasses.

Notre séjour a été gâché par la présence de cafards dans le logement. Lorsque nous avons signalé le problème au propriétaire, non seulement il n'a rien fait pour nous aider, mais il a d'abord nié en bloc, allant jusqu'à insinuer que nous les avions apportés avec nous. Comble de l'ironie : nous avons ensuite découvert un spray insecticide dissimulé dans les placards de l'appartement, preuve que le problème était connu bien avant notre arrivée. Un manque total de professionnalisme et d'honnêteté. Je déconseille fortement.
