La Casa del Conde Ybarra

The location was fabulous! About a 10 minute walk to the city centre. We loved the apartment, nicely laid out with cute retro appliances and decor. It was fully equipped and had everything you need, even a small washing machine. The air-con was 10/10! We were there when it was very hot and it was a god send. They had some beach chairs which was a nice touch. The bed was very comfy as well. The host was also very helpful. She sent clear instructions of how to enter the property and obtain the keys. She was always quick to respond via WhatsApp for any queries. The rooftop pool was also very handy for the summer!

We were only provided one set of towels each for a 5 day stay, it would have been nice if they were replaced just once, however, there was the option to use the washing machine, but this is just a minor negative. We did run out of toilet paper on the second last day so we did end up just buying our own. The rooftop pool did not offer any shade. It would have been nice if there was a couple of umbrellas, as Seville gets extremely hot.

Lovely stay, comfortable, lovely shower.

A lovely, cosy, comfortable and very clean apartment in the centre, quiet and well maintained. We used the sofa bed that has a new mattress topper and slept very comfortable! Plenty of kitchen utensils to cook. The location is excellent with various restaurants and bars nearby and a main road which has public transport connection to the touristic areas.

Comfy bed. Nice kitchen, bathroom. Good location.

Sofa bed needs replaced. Only other chair had pokey spring making it uncomfortable to sit on. Minimal toiletries- had to buy toilet paper, shampoo, soap. Very loud at night. Blinds dont close fully & no curtains, so very bright in the mornings if you want to sleep. 2 towels fir 5/6 days not enough.

The apartment was very comfortable and also cozy. It was in excellent condition and close to everything. I highly recommend this apartment to everyone I know.

There was absolutely nothing wrong with the property.

Great apartment with everything you’d need in the kitchen! Big with a comfy bed! The pool on the roof was nice. Easy access.

Only downside, the pool wasn’t open immediately when it said it would open, someone had to come and unlock a chain. But it was nice to have a pool on the rooftop with great views of Sevilla!

A safe and comfortable retreat from the bustle of Seville's old town, with air-conditioning, double glazing and rooftop pool, La Casa del Conde Ybarra is perfect for couples or a small family. It is walking distance to almost everything we wanted to see or visit in the city - great tapas bars, bakeries, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy and a tiny outlet store for Ceramicas Sevilla 1952 are minutes away.

For us there were no real negatives for this property.
