Spacious, clean, great location

The bathroom is clean, but there is a lot of mould in the shower recess

The decor, location and the ambiance is amazing! The apartment has a beautiful view. Andrea was a very helpful host. He let us check-in earlier that listed and sent us great local recommendations. Highly recommend booking your stay here while visiting Perugia!

Not affecting the rating, but the bed was to soft for my taste and the refrigerator in the living room quite loud.

Hosts (Andrea and Vittoria) were excellent and so accommodating. Apartment was in great location literally (50m) just outside ZTL zone and with great views. And 200m to center of Perugia. Helped us to the local carpark both when arriving and when leaving - took our luggage in his car to the carpark - VERY much appreciated. Gave us excellent advice re restaurants. Couldn't fault it.

The apartment itself was great. Main challenge is driving to the apartment to drop-off bags/suitcases. Can be a bit tricky with Google maps (only had to make one U-turn).

What an experience in the heart of historic PERUGIA. Andrea was kind enough to pick me up from the train station and take me to the accomodation. The apartment itself was located in the heart of the action. The Fit-out in this historic building was quite quirky and a bit funky - a bit of old meets new. It was a very very comfortable for my 3 night stay. I loved just looking out the glorious windows and watching the world go by. Andrea provided me with a list of places to eat, have coffee or a sneaky SPRITZ. I loved my time here and would highly recommend this to couples for a lovely stay.

AC clearly underpowered. New looking wall units but either it’s the old compressor (which is quite noisy) or the new one has not enough grunt for the floor space.

We liked everything! A beautiful, well equipped and stylish apartment with fabulous views and perfect location. We kept pinching ourselves at our ability to choose such a brilliant property! Andrea and his wife were extremely helpful and communicative, punctual and gave us great recommendations for restaurants/bars/cafes . This is one of the best apartment experiences we have had over the years - highly recommended.

Some reviews comment on the pillows - so here is my view for what it's worth: yes they are thin and soft, my husband loved them :) Too soft for me so just popped one of the sofa cushions under the pillow so easily solved.

Fabulous view and location. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Andrea was very accommodating, kind, and generous.

It would have been nice to have luggage stands for our suitcases and hooks in the bathroom for towels to dry.

The apartment is in a prime location in Piazza Italia is very spacious and provides a great view of the surrounding areas. It is located on the ground floor and facilities were very good and we had an enjoyable stay here.

Fabulous location and the apartment had breathtaking views of Perugia. Access was easy and the hosts were fabulous. A modern apartment which was very spacious .
