Luxury Penthouse with Sea View - City Center

Location is absolutely perfect. Two blocks from the ocean & two blocks from the center of Pescara. Hosts were wonderful and available to answer any question we had. They were very kind and easy to rent from. Just lovely people all around. The large outdoor terrace was incredible. We were out there as much as possible. It was great to have private outdoor relaxing and dining space. All spaces within the condo were lovely and very clean. The water pressure was perfect and the pillows/beds were very comfortable.

There was only one indoor shower. The outdoor shower is exposed to the neighbors, so you can't really use the outdoor shower as a real shower.

Location was excellent.. everything was close by especially the beach was a couple of mins walking distance

There was no breakfast. The location was very good. It was close to the people and things that I was interested in.

The terrace was the winner by far. It is huge. The apartment was very comfortable and in a great location. Seemed everything was less than five mins away. This is a gem of a property with excellent host!

As a former travel leader, I seriously can’t think of anything to change. Well done Hugo and Mamma!

Fabulous! renovated and equipped to a very high standard. sauna and jacuzzi bath. location is perfect in the centre and a few steps to the sea. Hugo and his Mother Amelia are super hosts, quick to respond and very helpful. Check in and checkout with descriptions of how to use the equipment and where to find things were very through. good wifi. roof terrace is wonderful

The property is amazing, located in the city center, close to nice cafeteria and local grocery stores. The apartment is huge, modern equipment with a gorgeous terrace. Hugo”s mother is a very nice lady, extremely helpful! a real host!
