Justino Triana Central by Valcambre

The straight forward location close to Puente de Isabel (bridge) only 26 minutes from the cathedral/centre. Very convenient location with cafeterias and Grocery shops close by. In fact we returned to the apartment daily for a little siesta to recharge us for the rest of our day. The apartment is on ground floor - street level. Modern furnishings overall. It met our requirements during our 2 night stay. Basic supplies such as dishwashing liquid and a new dish scourer, garbage bags, dish cloth etc were provided. Communication with the hosts was easy and efficient. Maria was there to greet us when we first arrived.

The bathroom, shower and ceiling definitely need better attention. Broken /chipped teacups. The walls are thin, so we could hear the lift being operated next door building or the opening and closing off their main door. There was a constant, very annoying buzzing noise in the apartment probably caused by the refrigerator.

Clean, excellent for single, couple or family. Perfect location for Triana tapas bars and 15 mins walk to centre of city!

Simple and clean

We recently booked this apartment in Sevilla, and we found that many of the reviews were indeed accurate. The apartment had some notable issues, such as ants coming in from under the door (we used the spray from the cabinet and that held them off for a while) and paper-thin walls, making it easy to hear both upstairs neighbors and street noise. Unfortunately, all the bedrooms face the street as the apartment is situated on a corner. We aren't light sleepers so we were willing to deal with the noise. Unfortunately we did not get to use the offered airport shuttle service because when we inquired about it they suggested to use Uber instead (because it was in the middle of the night). Additionally, the washing machine in the apartment was broken. While they offered to send a technician, it was too late for us as we had to leave that same night. While the apartment's pictures were accurate, they seemed to be outdated, and the bathroom appeared older than depicted. On a positive note, the location was excellent, and our interactions with the hosts were above average. This apartment may be suitable for a short stay, but we wouldn't recommend it for an extended period or for light sleepers.

Very lovely apartment also for longer stay, well equipped kitchen, two comfy bedrooms, very nice style,

Parking difficult to get somewhere nearby, one bed had only 3 ‚legs‘, so was unstable
