Apartment is more worn out than it appears to be in the pictures, everything is a maintenance (terrace,pool, air conditioning) The apartment was on the 4th floor with steep stairs, old building with entrance smelling like sewage. Small room with the bare minimum space to get to the bathroom between the bed and the wall. Air conditioning spitting black dirt due to low maintenance(inside you can see it's dirty). The mattress protector was full of hair from previous visitors which the owner changed together with the pillow cases and the sheet but were not rinsed and still humid. Only one pair of towel for 4 days and were pretty worn out. Hairdrayed was old and dirty and was overheating. The pool was full of dirt and could not be used, So it is not an asset. Overall, the price it is not justified at all.
