It is located in the centre of Seville. Walking distance to everything.

Host was always reachable and help us when we needed. House location was perfect, it is walking distance for most of the attractions. House was nicely clean and has some kitchenware that you might need.

The bed was noisy and not comfortable. Beside this everything was okay.

The position is great, no more than 15 mins walk to any of the important sites but very quiet. The apartment was clean with a modern bathroom and plenty of storage. It was well equipped for a short stay.

Not having a kettle, there was a coffee machine and we got hot water from that. A couple of cups were chipped and the bed was squeaky.

I liked the location of the apartment, it was clean and not noisy.

The bed springs are awful, they’re really squeaky. Horrible! It really effects your sleep. Its really cold in the apartment which is such a big minus, if we came here a few months before we would’ve froze probably. There is only one working heater, which cant heat the rooms that well because of the height of the rooms. The toilet was dripping and that kept us up during the night.

Arenal apartment is a gem in the middle of Seville. Close to everything it makes it a fantastic location to go anywhere on foot without the haste of transportation. It's located a rock throw from Triana neighborhood and marketplace encircled by restaurants, cafes and other iconic place such as the riverwalk. Maria Jose, our hostess make it easier for us every step of the way with suggestions, rentals (she rented our taxi to the airport early morning) and her always attentive call requesting a feedback. A small cozy apartment that can easily accommodate three people, where all appliances work to perfection: the expresso coffee-maker and air-conditioner 5 stars. I will definitely stay there if I come back to Seville.

Nice apartment in an older building, which gave it charm and great location near Plaza Nueva and the historic center. The main room had the living room, dining area and kitchen. There was a separate bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen and bathroom were remodeled and there was a washer in the unit. The apartment is in a quiet street/alley so few cars go by, but sometimes, late at night there are loud people walking by....both the living area and the bedroom windows face this alley.

The main issues that I had was that all doors were squeaky, the bed was also very squeaky, so it was noisy if the other person was sleeping. Also the bathroom walls had many areas of paint peeling off. The closet in the master bedroom was old and not renovated, so the drawers were not as tidy as the rest of the apartment. Overall an average stay.
