The location is good. If you love to explore city by foot then you can. In 2-3 km you will be in the city center (main attractions)

The room was really small, it is good for one person or at max a couple if you are thre one who can adjust in small studio. Only one hotplate to cook, so you need more time as you can only cook one thing at a time..

Location is really nice, the staircase is also very pretty, bed comfortable, the armchair is extensible as in the photo and also comfortable to sleep in

very small, ideally for 2 people only, the owner is not responding very quick as when I arrived nobody answered my call and then, after leaving a message I got my answer after 2h. No cutlery, only what you can see in the picture: 2 forks and 2 knives for 2 persons. Plenty of glasses and mugs The wifi mentioned doesn’t exist, you have to connect to another one without password and unsecured. There’s also some mold underneath the air conditioner on the wall

I love flat location - close to restaurants and bars

The bed was very uncomfortable and made sounds all the time; shower was leaking; we got only only 2 toilet papers for 6 day stay. Our room wasn't cleaned during our stay, so nobody came to change the towels nor clean.

Great communication from hosts. Good location, easy to find. Well located as a base for exploring Seville and surrounding areas without being stuck in the middle of the city.

Excellent location and communication with the owners. The apartment is well fitted and suitable for a solo or pair travellers with good amenities and modern look.

The time of visit was cold in Sevilla and the space felt uncomfortably chilly at times. The installed AC is the only heating available which was either not adequate or in bad condition to make the heating of the space enough and comfy. The shower was a bit flaky and the hot water runs only for about a very quick shower. The bed could be better.
