Fantastic location with great outdoor space and amazing views. Very quiet as you’re right at the top. Very private too. There is a lift to the top of the building.

The upstairs bathroom is very small - apart from that, no complaints

View from rooftop pool was the best in the city.

Logement spacieux (si l'on fait exception de la petite salle de bains du haut mais on compose avec) - propre - très bien situé en plein centre de Séville, nous avons fait toutes les visites à pieds (2 mn de l'alcazar et de la cathédrale). La vue sur la Cathédrale de la petite piscine est magnifique de jour comme de nuit. Terrasses très grandes. Un service réactif à toutes nos demandes (entretien de la piscine par exemple). Une climatisation qui nous a permis de ne pas souffrir de la canicule. Attention l'appartement est dans un secteur piétonnier, il faut prendre un abonnement dans un parking souterrain (nous avions pris le paseo colon (10 mn à pieds)).

Quelques points pourraient être améliorés : ajouter des couverts (7 fourchettes pour 4 personnes nécessitent de toujours en laver) et des verres à vin (2 seulement) - le fond de la piscine a tendance à déteindre (noir) donc attention aux maillots de bains - remettre des parasols sur la terrasse en bas (par 44° nous aurions apprécié) et enfin remplacer le mobilier de jardin vieillissant et parfois abîmé.

Outstanding location. The apartment itself was brilliant and the outdoor area itself was huge. The plunge pool was very welcome indeed for the warm evenings and the apartment was fully stocked with everything we needed, highly recommended. The negative noted below is an issue but hopefully won’t influence guests to much, the apartment itself is outstanding!

Ok. This rooftop apartment was (obviously) on the top floor of the building. The lift didn’t work (TBH, it looked like it hasn’t worked for quite a while) for the duration of the stay. We reported this at the start of our visit but to no avail. Note that this means you have 6 flights of stairs to navigate which is ok but is a bit of a challenge with heavy suitcases or after a long day in 40 degree Seville heat!

Unfortunately there was building work next door which started at 7am every morning and was so loud we couldn’t sit out in the pool or lower terrace. They were cutting steel so extremely noisy
