Puerta Principe Luxury Apartments

Huge apartment with great air con, kitchen, and washing machine. Host was mostly responsive and helpful with meeting us with keys and arranging puck up taxi on departure. He offered many other activities but we had already booked them.

The key got stuck in the door and although telling us someone would come to repair at 5, then at 6:30 but did not show up until 10:30 pm!! We were not happy. Then he said it was the First time it happened but mentioned the reason for two entry doors is because of this problem. I think this happens often. Also, the toilet paper is like sandpaper. We had to buy our own. For the cost of the apartment one would expect much softer TP.

Location. It had a lift and was quiet. Perfect little square and cafe for breakfast and drinks

A tiny comment would be that one bedroom was small

The views of Giralda, and the location on the square. It was very picturesque The apartment was very large and well equipped The location near the Alcazar and Cathedral was great for breaks

There were a lot of bugs in the hallway bathroom shower, even with the windows closed. We didn't use that shower.

Location, only a few steps from cathedral. Great view of cathedral from terrace.

Older buildings, bad smell near kitchen and laundry area. Master bedroom shower had some mildew issues near window and window coverings.

Location, location, location. Amazingly quiet yet central. Very large space, indoors and outdoors

Unsympathetic staff behaviour (when booking), lack of luxury in some aspects of the apartment. Less space and better interiors might be worth the high price

Location was absolutely fantastic, very central in the Santa Cruz area. Very close to restaurants, shops, cathedral yet the apartment itself was very quiet & tucked away. Felt very safe. Apartment was well equipped & beds were comfortable.

There was nothing we disliked. It would be helpful though to have some USB ports for charging of electronics as most properties have these now. That was really the only issue we had. It was fabulous accommodation.
