Magnifico Apartamento tipo Dúplex en Triana

✅ Ubicación excelente– A pie de varios sitios turísticos, supermercado Mercadona al lado y una tienda de comestibles en la esquina abierta hasta las 20:00. Ideal para turistas. ✅ Limpieza y orden – El apartamento estaba limpio y bien organizado al llegar. ✅ Cama cómoda – Muy buen descanso, algo fundamental después de un día de turismo.

Accesibilidad deficiente– Esceras muy empinadas y estrechas, difícil para personas con movilidad reducida. Edificio descuidado – Portal y zonas comunes sucias, mala impresión. Falta mantenimiento en el apartamento – Necesita mejoras urgentes: - Ollas y sartenes en mal estado (deberían renovarse). - No hay extractor en la cocina, lo que hace que se acumulen humos y olores. - Otros detalles que afectan la comodidad. 📌 Bueno para estancias cortas por su ubicación y limpieza, pero necesita mejoras en accesibilidad y equipamiento para ser realmente recomendable

Great location with a nice inner courtyard.

Facilities are rather old and the apartment is dark. No one was ready for our check in (although we wrote our expected time of arrival) so we had to wait.

You have to turn on water heater with lighter by pressing button, it is DEFECTIVE, pilot light goes off by itself without notice constantly. They said "just keep an eye on it"... Had massive gas leak all over apartment, lucky caught it before going to sleep, someone will get hurt or worse. So dangerous with massive gas tank under sink. You smell the gas everywhere anytime you turn it on. Nothing seem to work 'normal' in this apartment. Everything is put together cheapest possible, no matter how dangerous it is. Nothing is worth risking your life like this, owner does not care about all the issues going on here, just collects the money. No real maintenance going on here, just one guest to the next, until somebody gets hurt. Kept asking owner for help, he kept making excuses, and now said its not his problem. This place is not worth it. Aside from that, this apt is located in a sketchy area, and it will take closer to 25-30 minutes to walk into the edge of city. There are much better places in Sevilla, STAY AWAY from here!

Owner has a cheap DIY system to drain the A/C water into store bought water bottles that must be emptied constantly, if not apartment floods. The bottles are hiding behind fake plants, you do not see them, he never tells you about it. Walked into living room and water pouring out of all over floor, our bags got ruined, water everywhere. Owner NEVER told us this existed, so they must go secretly into apartment when you are not there to drain them without telling you, that is beyond CREEPY!! More issues: NO WIFI, only worked with front door wide open, owner says "keep the front door open at all times then". Dirtballs all over place (pic of dust all over fan chain). When you flush the toilet, you hear it gurgle into the tub; then the smell comes out the tub drain into the bathroom. The sewer is so backed up its about to come out the tub, does owner care, of course not! This place is just terrible!

Our stay in the appartment was very pleasant. The location is very well situated in the center of the town and the appartment block itself is a charming Sivilian environment with a small patio. From the review we learned that the sofa bed was not of very good quality and therefor we asked the owner to put an extra matras in the loft above the kitchen, so both our kids could sleep there. He was so kind to arrange this and this made our stay very comfortable. It was also nice that the owner kept a parking spot reserved for us in the front of the appartment. We did not further used our car during our three day stay in Sevilla because from the appartment everything is on waling distance. But it was pleasant our car could be parked for free so close to the appartment.
