Apartamento En Calle Sierpes

La vue depuis la terrasse privée de la location. Un appartement très propre avec des produits de toilette à disposition. Un hôte avec une bonne communication.

La pression de l'eau dans la douche n'est pas très forte. C'est une remarque qui revient souvent. Pas d'ascenseur et 81 marches pour accéder à l'appartement. Mais la beauté de la vue fait oublier ce petit inconvénient.

Emplacement en plein centre ville , 5-10 min à pied des plus beaux monuments à visiter dans le centre de Séville . Terrasse sur le toit donnant une vue exceptionnelle le soir sur les monuments illuminés , et de plus très agréable en soirée pour se rafraîchir avec ce petit vent qui passe au coucher du soleil ( nous y étions en plein été 40 degrés voir plus en journée ) . La clim dans toutes les chambres ainsi que dans le salon étaient très appréciables également en ces fortes chaleurs . ( Photos vue du toit terrasse )

Point plus négatif mais pas rédhibitoire, qui du fait de l'architecture du bâtiment ne pourra pas changé, 4eme étages sans ascenseur.

Location, AC and fan in every room. Quiet at night. Rooftop terrace was game changer. Place was clean and well equipped

Nothing if you aware that it is 4th floor without elevator.

The apartment is extremely clean and has a lot of great amenities available, especially if you’re wanting to cook. The location is perfect, right above carrefour & in the retail shopping district, plenty of bars and restaurants and roughly 20 minutes walk to sightseeing attractions. There are numerous luggage lockers nearby! The terrace is the star of the show. The 360 views and sunset from it are beautiful, we spent a lot of time up there! The beds were very comfy too! It wasn’t too hot when we were there, but the fans were perfect for keeping it cool!

There was a bad sewage smell coming from the plug holes in the bathroom the whole time we were there. Stagnant water maybe, but it definitely needs to be looked at! A mirror in every bedroom would have been a great addition. And more hooks to hang your towels as they get damp as there’s only 1 hook!

Lovely authentic flat in very central location. Can walk to everything really easily. Carrefour on the ground floor for morning pastries. Fabulous rooftop space - panoramic views of the old town.

Location perfect, close to the main sites as well as the shops. Easy to get to from the airport and train station.

The apartment is on the fourth floor and so not suitable for anyone that isn’t fit. We were unable to use the roof terrace but only because of the weather. There was quite a lot noise during the night from other buildings. Room at the front was very quiet.

The apartment is so well-located on Calle sierpes, very easy to walk to so much of Sevilla. Having 3 separate bedrooms for your first 3 nights in Spain was very nice. The beds, pillows and linens were all very comfortable and we were thankful to sleep well after traveling from the US and then having very busy days. The kitchen is equipped with everything one could need. We loved the rooftop deck! It was so fun to see Sevilla from that vantage point during the day and at night.

The four flights of stairs with our suitcases was definitely challenging! The shower set up was a bit strange, so that while showering you had to stand very close to the wall. I tried to adjust the shower head so it would spray out a bit rather than straight down, but it would not stay. Also there was sometimes noise /talking/coughing some neighbors that sounded very close although I could never figure out where they were.
