La Puerta Verde de las Setas de Sevilla

Location was exceptional - 50m from the Setas de Sevilla, one of the most amazing structures to see in Seville. As the room was in a historic courtyard all the outside city hustle and bustle could nor be heard, so very peaceful. Room was lovely and all the facilities were as you would expect.

Everything was good. All I could say is that as tea loving English people 😄 an extra mug and a kettle would have been useful. Excellent coffee machine though.

Extremely quiet despite the very central location. Close to the city centre and other areas full of restaurants and bars. Extremely clean and pretty flat

if you are coming with a car you will have to park in one of the very expensive covered parkings nearby.

Beautiful cozy apartment with cute little touches in a very nice house in a very good location. The Host was very friendly and kind.

We liked the location, heritage value of the property and ambience. A unique way of collecting keys! Clean towels and beds with all facilities for living for a week even with light cooking! Air conditioned cute little place suitable for couples or couple with one kids above 5 yrs. owners are awesome and allowed us an extra hour to vacate! Non interfering and had given very clear instructions by WhatsApp.

Appreciate if we know the rules and room numbers one day prior to arrival as we didn’t read until the last minute and missed noting the apartment number that we disturbed a neighbour by mistake. Remaining quiet in certain hours for loud pple or family with kids will be tough. Appreciate a toaster as an add on and a short stool to climb to reach microwave to remove hot things carefully. A lot of glass doors in the well kept apartment with vintage cabinets had to handled with utmost care! Prefer a chair to be added instead of stools.

The location is fantastic and the deco of the place is good. Everything you need is there including coffee machine, fridge and washing machine

Facility could be better maintained as some of them are getting old. Has to be careful in the shower room with curtain, washing machine is leaking, and the power point near the fridge is also looking to create the next electro for spiderman

it is a small little but cute stable very well organized, and the owner is always available which is a great + just for elder people it might be uncomfortable since you have to go up a flee of steps which is not easy for them.. also once you are up there just careful with your head! other than that it’s terrific and well located

This property is located in a charming courtyard, which I have stayed in before, right next to the Setas. Manuel, the host was very helpful, understanding, and was happy to refund us without complaint.

This is just our view. You may find see it completely differently. Check the photos to make sure you are happy with the configuration. We were not able to stay here because of access to the mattress shelf. The ladder needs a handrail. Perhaps we are too old (not flexible enough) or our expectations did not match. I should have looked at the photos more closely because these showed the configuration. We wasted a couple of hours of our holiday finding alternative accommodation.
