Haus Luigi did what it said on the tin. Good proximity to one of the main lifts… unless staying in a 4/5 hotel there will be a walk of some form in Solden. Lovely view from the balcony and spotlessly clean. Please note there is no oven but a induction hob and microwave. This appears to be the norm. No issues with water pressure and the hot water. Very satisfied group of people.

We had a great week! Appartement is what we expected. Not special, but comfortabel, clean and a good location.

Check in at a casa checkin was annoying, far away from the appartment and staff was unfriendly. Took too much time. The appartment has a bit too much Ikea furniture and accessories for our taste. Also no oven.

the lady at the office at "A Casa Check-In" where we picked up the key, was miserable, when we called to ask if there is a duvet cover for the sofa. she (unfortunately, she didn't even say her name) didn't ever consider that there could be a misunderstanding with my booking and just offended me as soon as she picked up the phone. background was that I (and the owner of the appartment) assumed i had booked for two people (me and a coworker). for that reason, the owner ordered a second door key at the office after our arrival which the lady obviously already considered as a complaint. because we were there for work and we were busy this day right after arriving and picking up the key, we were in the apartment just in the evening. the call for the duvet around 8 p.m was obviously too late to treat us like normal guests. disappointing behavior unfortunately.. p.s.: the duvet then cost a 35 euro extra with the explanation that this option was thought for a third person. no worries about that as its written in the small letters. but she therefore told my coworker and me to sleep in the same bed before the owner of the apartment finally helped us out :)

The appartement was perfect. Clean, roomy, everything you need, value for money was great. No complaints about anything to be honest. The breadservice every morning was great too. Certainly would stay here again!

No partition on the balcony. For my privacy and the stuff I had with me, a partition on the balcony would be welcome so nobody could just walk over to the other appartement.

Great location. Handy for town and lift. Good facilities. Good little sauna.

No sound system.
