Very spacious property in great location. 2 large beds very comfortable.

Single bed mattress was not comfortable. Only one sofa.

The location is perfect. You're in the city and literally meters from the best restaurants and the city Square. The property is quiet and peaceful. It's also very big. The train station and airport are close by.

It was difficult communicating with the owner because he doesn't know English. Also on the pictures you see the whole property but 2 of the rooms were locked so me and my brother had to manually split the double bed in order to sleep separately. This means that there weren't enough bed sheets and blankets so we had to improvise. There are mosquitoes and no mosquito net on the windows. But apart from that everything worked well enough.

When we arrived we called many times and e-mailed. No-one responded. The calls went into voice mail. It was confusing as to how to get in and we did not have the code for the key pad. Finally after many attempts and a hour of waiting the garage door opened to get the keys so we could enter. The remote control did not work so we had to park outside once the garage door closed because the keypad failed to open but at least we had the keys to get in. We also thought we had the use of the entire apartment but only 1 bedroom was opened the others were locked. There was absolutely no communication with us from the host during our stay even though we called many times.

Great location, good instructions for access and garage was made available for parking. Garage is narrow but ok for a medium sized car.

Washing machine had a broken notice on it. Slight damp smell in bathroom and when window opened for air mosquitoes came in.

Very kind landlord. Appartment was perfect clean and well equiped. Would rent it again.

Convenient location close to a number of restaurants and cafes, supermarkets, and the main train station. Spacious apartment.

The washing machine didn't work. This was rather disappointing as it was one of the key reasons we chose this property. When questioned, the hosts replies were a little abrupt and suggested it had stopped working recently, however, a previous reviewer noted it was not working in September 2022. :-( Mouldy wall in the bathroom has had some attention but some mould remains and the plaster is not repaired. A previous reviewer also noted this early 2023. :-( The kitchen had a random assortment of items for cooking including a sharp knife with its handle missing and multiple non-stick pots/pans in terrible condition. There is a coffee pod machine but no pods.

Excellent location - about 10 minutes walk from the train station though mostly cobblestones so not easy if you have wheeled luggage. It was raining when we arrived so we took a taxi. Good communication before our arrival. Nice looking restaurant about 2 minutes away which unfortunately we did not get to try. Treviso was a great stopover point for our Valdobbiadene prosecco day tour.

The cleaner had called in sick and Paolo warned us that it would be ready an hour later. We said that was ok, we'd collect keys, drop luggage and get lunch. The instructions to get into the garage via keycode were fine but the keys were not in the place they should have been. We came back after lunch and keys were still not there so I messaged once through the app and once via WhatsApp and after several minutes he arrived and found the keys hidden in a bucket in the garage (perhaps the previous occupants left in the wrong place). We had to sit and wait while he cleaned the apartment. There was a dishwasher but no detergent.
