Difficulté d'accès en voiture, des instructions précises et transmises en amont auraient été préférables. Grand vis à vis avec les bureaux en face. Manque des rideaux dans le salon.

Great location, and if you have a small/medium vehicle- they have a garage spot in the building- which is rare and convenient.

Great location and very cute.

The good things. The location was very good, right in the centre and close to everything. The internet was very fast and worked well the whole time we were there.

The bad things. The instructions to the property were very bad and inaccurate not helped be the fact that it was New Year, and the Police had closed several roads. We contacted the owner/agent who came out to meet us however he was no help at all, and just laughed at our problem, and said we would just have to keep trying until we could find a way into the town centre, we eventually found it. We spent about an hour to cover the last mile. The parking was very tight and when the car was in the garage, we could only just open the boot. The property was very old and tired, quite tatty in several aspects. The curtains were hanging off the rail in the bedroom, and completely missing from one window of the lounge allowing the office workers in the building opposite to see clearly into our property. The central heating did not work. After reporting this twice via email we were told that an engineer had been to repair it. But it still didn't work, we were then told to use the air Cond on heat, but this didn't work either, as a result we had a very cold week, with no help from the owner/agent at all. The kitchen was very poorly equipped, no small plates, large plates cracked and chipped, and so big they wouldn't fit in the dishwasher. There were very few kitchen tools or utensils. The cupboard doors didn't fit properly and were so badly aligned they overlapped each other. It was impossible to cook a proper meal, as a result we had to eat out for every day. The ensuite bathroom sink was so big there was no space to get dried, so drying after a shower had to be done in the bedroom. The shower in the other bathroom was so small you could stand to attention but not move about to get washed without water splashing all over the floor. The lighting everywhere was poor, and so dim in the hall there was no point in putting it on.

No kitchen towels, no decent knives, dirty bandaid stuck in bedroom floor.
