It was overall a good stay, the apartment was very clean and as advertised, the kitchen had all the facilities, the rooms and the beds were comfortable.

We booked the apartment for 3 days and on the 1st day there was a lady knocking on the door saying that we had to leave by 11am. It was obviously a mistake. The neighbourhood was not very safe. We booked this flat because it mentioned it had parking, however the parking system was bizarre, at night the cars were parked in a way that was blocking other cars, which made us feel very uncomfortable, for sure there is an agreement between neighbours, but as visitors we do not know, and we were afraid of blocking someone who would have to leave early in the morning. You should mention in your advertisement that the parking is on a 1st come 1st served basis, so we had to park outside for two nights. Also

Parking situation was difficult both in carpark, residents blocking free spaces by double parking, and lack of free road spaces near apartment. The apartment is quite dark inside.

Easy access. Nice and clean. Everything we needed for our short stay.

Unfortunately being blocked in in the carpark when we had a 4am airport run.

No parking, no stopping even to unpack the car.

Room were not clean, bed was unconfortable. Parking was allways full.

Everything price vs quality, staff, perfect size for family. Thanks for Myriam and staff.

Local area, a bit north of old town, limited availability of cabify, taxis, this is not complaints,expected as such in advance.

Easy parking behind the gate for some security. Easy to catch a 20min bus to the centre of sevilles historical area. Hosts were communicative.

The apartment was quite cold, with minimal heating.
