You and the Ocean

Die Wohnung ist richtig schön groß. Wir waren zu Zweit, jeder hatte sein eigens Schlafzimmer mit genügend Stauraum. Die Küche bietet super viel Platz. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Backofen, Mikrowelle, Herdplatten (Induktion) vorhanden. In der Küche gibt es außerdem die Möglichkeit, die Waschmaschine zu nutzen, Das Bad verfügt über eine Regendusche. Der Balkon ist riesig und der Blick auf den Atlantik sowohl am Tage als auch Abends ist atemberaubend. Wir haben so manche Stunden einfach nur da gesessen und den Ausblick genossen. Zur Ferienwohnung gehört auch ein Stellplatz für das Auto im Parkhaus. Der Stellplatz ist bei der begrenzten Parkplatzsituation vor Ort perfekt. Er ist zwar etwas schmal, aber ein normales Auto passt dort gut rein. Von der Wohnung aus ist man schnell fußläufig am Strand bzw. am Meerwasser-Becken. Man muss jedoch ein paar Höhenmeter hinter sich bringen. Halbwegs gute Kondition ist da von Vorteil. Außerdem kann man auch noch einen hauseigenen Außenpool nutzen, der etwas versteckt liegt. Ein kleiner Supermarkt im Ort ist auch fußläufig innerhalb von 5-10 Minuten erreichbar. Tabaiba ist ein richtig schöner und ruhiger Ort, um dort den Urlaub zu verbringen, weit ab von den riesigen Touristenzentren im Süden bzw. im Norden. Ein Auto ist aber dort dringend notwendig. Die Schlüsselübergabe für die Wohnung war völlig problemlos. Anne ist die gute Seele und hat geduldig auf uns gewartet und hatte auch noch viele Tipps, wo wir zum Beispiel gut essen gehen können. Vielen Dank an Dich, Anne, Du bist toll!!! ;-) Fazit: Die Wohnung ist zu 100% zu empfehlen, wir würden jederzeit dort wieder unseren Urlaub verbringen.

La atención, profesionalidad y amabilidad en todo momento Anne, la persona encargada de recibirnos y entregarnos las llaves de éste maravilloso apartamento con unas increíbles vistas al mar. También destacar que al apartamento no le falta el mínimo detalle para hacer una estancia super confortable y sentirte como en casa. Un detalle muy importante es que dispone de plaza de aparcamiento en parking privado en el mismo edificio, ya que es bastante difícil encontrar aparcamiento en la zona. Sin duda alguna repetiremos en nuestras próximas vacaciones a Tenerife. Recomiendo éste alojamiento al 100%.

Grand appartement, balcon très grand avec vue sur la mer, encore mieux que les photos, à l’abri du vent pour profiter pleinement de se reposer ou de manger (table et chaises-longues). Vue magnifique depuis toutes les chambres avec stores et/ou rideaux occultants. Lits très confortables, grandes chambres. Possibilité de faire des courants d’air et d’avoir un appartement frais pour la nuit. Décoré avec soin. Propre hormis certains éléments de la cuisine. Cuisine bien appareillée (grille-pain, micro-onde, four, machine à café nespresso, grand frigo et congélateur). Lave-linge. Accueil très sympatique et de bons conseils pour profiter des environs. Très calme (hormis quelques oiseaux la nuit qui volent sur la falaise adjacente, assez surprenant).. Petite plage de sable noir atteignable à pied après quelques marches d’escaliers, avec poissons colorés à observer en snorkling. Parking souterrain.. L’appartement est situé au nord de l’aéroport, à 45 minutes des attractions touristiques principales du nord et sud de l’île, et l’autoroute nous y amène facilement. Bref, on n’a plus envie de repartir.

Des ustensiles et de la vaisselle très gras, ainsi que le four, seul point réellement négatif. Je rajoute aussi dans un but d’amelioration un manque de petites casseroles et petites poêles.. Manque de crochets à la salle de bain pour suspendre les serviettes. Pas de linge de cuisine à disposition pour essuyer la vaisselle. Chaises très bruyantes à la cuisine au moindre déplacement sur le carrelage, des petits patins seraient bienvenus. A savoir que le parking n’est pas fait pour les grandes voitures: il faut zigzaguer pour entrer et sortir à cause d’un pilier mal situé, la place de parc n’est pas très large (j’ai loué une Dacia sandero). Possibilité de se garer dans la rue.

Very hilly and a lot of steps for elderly people. Not many bars or cafés unless you used the many steps to get down. A car is a must

I didn’t complete the review sooner because I wasn’t ready to accept that the vacation was over :(. The apartment's presentation corresponds entirely to reality. It has a very pleasant layout, with small design details that we enjoyed discovering in the evening while relaxing at home. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and maybe even a little extra if you want to cook at home (we didn't really feel like it :)). There's also a washing machine, so you don't have to bring your entire wardrobe on vacation. What impressed me was finding house slippers, as well as beach essentials like an umbrella, chairs, and towels. Everything is done with exceptional attention to detail, making us feel like respected and welcomed guests. Additionally, from the moment we made the reservation, we were in constant communication with the owner, as we were worried it might be a scam. That wasn’t the case at all; on the contrary, despite communicating in English, we received support for anything we needed. Furthermore, given how challenging the area is for car access, it was absolutely wonderful to have a parking spot in the garage. The beach is close by, as is the natural pool. However, you'll need some patience, as there are many stairs to climb up and down. Some lazy folks might not appreciate that. The last aspect, but the most important one, is the view from the balcony. It's absolutely stunning. We spent our mornings and evenings with great pleasure, watching the events unfold around us. I can't find the words to describe how beautiful it is. In short, we highly recommend it.

We had a few minor disagreements with a neighbor, which seemed a bit unfair to us since we made every effort to be very respectful and considerate of the well-being of those around us. But there are crazy people everywhere :). Being by the ocean, the sea breeze should cool down the apartment. However, we experienced a very hot period in mid-August, and on some evenings, we really felt the heat. It might also be due to our habit of always using air conditioning in the summer. Additionally, open windows and the breeze bring dust into the apartment. But these are mostly personal preferences and had very little impact on the quality of our stay. And whenever something bothered us, we'd just step out onto the balcony and forget about it all.
