"Great place to stay, no matter for how long."

Absolutely great location. Close to oldtown. Walking distance. Spacious appartment with sauna.

Deposit payment was not automatic, and required additional attention. But that is minor I would say. No free parking, but that is also understandable, since we stay in almost old town of the Tallinn.
