"I would surely rent this apart again when i go to tallinn."

The apartment was very comfy for us. We felt home. A very big thanks to the host. Kfc and supermarket was near.

"Great modern flat in the southern part of the city"

Very nice bright, clean, modern flat in equally clean modern building. 2nd floor, comfortable stairs, windows facing pine trees. Excellent spacious parking with a card provided by the host. Great online communication with the host as well, no problems at all. The location was great for me - perhaps not the best of you want to explore old town, but perfect if you need to be somewhere closer to the southern suburbs like Luige. Very lovely city park nearby, 5 minutes drive with car!

Maybe some window blinds would be a good option, as truly it may be too bright at night during summertime (was ok for me in September). Also missed a TV a bit. And yeah, soundproofing is very poor, but nobody had any parties nearby during my stay, so it wasn't an issue.

The apartment had everything you need: a kitchen with dishes and a dishwasher, a washing machine in the bathroom

Bed linen and towels in the bathroom need to be updated.
