Colazione completa panorama magnifico atmosfera tranquilla

Posizione fantastica, alloggio un pò complicato da raggiungere poiché prevede un ultimo tratto in salita decisamente pesante da percorrere con i bagagli, non raggiungibile dal bus ma soltanto a piedi (o prendendo un taxi). Sarebbe fantastico se l'host potesse recuperare gli ospiti almeno per agevolare l'ultimo tratto in salita. Camera da letto ogni tanto un pò calda poiché senza finestra

The addres on booking is wrong. But the lady called us when we couldn't find it and gave us instructons.

Our hostess was lovely, we never managed to meet but we had great communication via text. She made us a delicious cake for our breakfast, we were allowed to use the parasol from the property to venture to the best free beaches in Procida, and the property itself was very clean. It's tiny and cosy, but you don't need anything else when on holidays by the sea. There is air conditioning (that we tried not to abuse of, for environmental reasons) and a very useful fan in the bedroom. We loved our breakfasts in the courtyard and the view is amazing. Price is more than honest as it reflects the maybe not-so-practical location (but the view is so good, and the quiet enviable!!) Definitely recommend! We didn't get the chance this time, but when we will be back - and we will!! - we look forward to trying the barbecue and have a nice dinner in the courtyard.

The bedroom gets quite warm as there are no windows... however, since you are staying in a small property within the property of the host, we simply slept with the front door and the window across it open, and that together with the fan really helped. Another thing that could be problematic for some - but allowed us to eat lots of pasta and pizza without gaining weight! - is that the property is about 15 minutes away on foot from the closest bus stop... tremendously uphill. It is also far from the city centre, in a way that we tended to leave late morning and only come back after dinner... Procida is a small island (c.ca 4km) and walking is good for you, but it is worth knowing.
